Pioneer Elite pro 510 hd ADJ Multi-point convergence problem? Need Help!!?

My Pioneer Elite pro 510 hd is having a problem with it’s ADJ Multi-point convergence problem. I’ve only got the vertical (blue) lines to move & line up with the grid but, the horizontal lines wont even budge. Is there any way I can fix this because when I watch tv there is a huge blue streak (near the bottom) on the screen. (I know the lines move slowly but, they’re not moving @ all!)
